Qualified as Masters in Business administration from Hemchandracharya, North Gujarat University in 2001. He has worked in various functions of retail branch banking with key expertise area of investment services and secured and unsecured loans. During his tenure with HDFC Bank, he has worked as Branch Head in the grade of Assistant Vice President and strengthened retail branch business for various branches in Gujarat. His tenure with HDFC Bank was 13 years and six months. He has worked in Axis Bank for 2 years in the area of business development in liability products and merchant acquisition from 2003 to 2005. Before joining Axis Bank he worked with Auto FinLease in Ahmedabad handling commercial vehicle financing.
